High school to host community blood drive on Oct. 14

In partnership with Inland Northwest Blood Center (INBC), Lind-Ritzville High School is hosting a community blood drive on Monday, Oct. 14, at Gilson Gymnasium.

The blood drive is being coordinated by Kerry Murphy and runs from 11 a.m. until 3:45 p.m.

INBC needs an average of 200 blood donors every day to meet the needs of more than 35 hospitals in the Inland Northwest, with a single donation having the ability to save the lives of up to three people.
