Celebrate Lind’s 125th birthday at the annual chamber auction Oct. 5

Residents are invited to help Lind celebrate it’s 125th birthday at the annual Lind Chamber of Commerce dinner and auction event. The dinner and auction event is set to take place on Saturday, Oct. 5, at the Lind Grange Hall building.

Social hour begins at 5:30 p.m. and dinner is served at 6:30 p.m. and is catered by Cathy Jo’s Catering.

The menu for the event will be announced at a later date.

Immediately following dinner service is the live auction, with Warren Kragt serving as auctioneer. Kragt will be assisted by spotters Brian Ellis and Dwayne Fowles during the live auction.

The chamber is seeking auction item donations for the live and silent auctions, and donations are accepted until Friday, Oct. 4.

Advanced tickets are available from any Chamber member, Jim’s Empire Market and Chatterbox Salon.
