Grange needs bingo volunteers

The Ralston Grange is in need of volunteers to help fill shifts at the Grange’s bingo and food concession at the upcoming Wheat Land Communities’ Fair.

No experience is needed to work at the booth. In addition to bingo, the Grange will be selling kraut ranzas, German sausage, Wilma’s popcorn balls and beverages.

Shifts to be filled include:

Friday, Aug. 30, from 4-7 p.m.; Saturday, Aug. 31, from 1-4 p.m.; 4-7 p.m.; and 7-9 p.m.; and Sunday, Sept. 1, from 12-3 p.m.; 3-5 p.m.

The concession booth is the main fundraiser for the Grange with proceeds used to maintain the grange hall and community park in Ralston, as well as the bingo building and supporting community projects throughout the year.

Any members or friends of the Grange who would like to work a shift are asked to contact Randy Roth at 659-0893 or by email at [email protected].
