Ritzville Police Department Report

June 30, 1:02 p.m. – Officer Hunter Klewin responded to a suspicious person call in the 100 block of West Galbreath Way. Complainant advised of a white male in green colored clothing being abusive to his dog and aggressively panhandling in the area. Officer Klewin contacted the subject near Starbucks, who advised they were not panhandling. Officer Klewin observed the dog was fine, and the subject had food and water for the animal.
