Clyde Sherman Telecky

He was born May 12, 1918, to Frank and Caroline (Olsen) Telecky.

After graduating from Ritzville High School in 1936, he started farming east of Ritzville. In 1940, he married Mae Meyer and they farmed until 1957 when they sold the ranch.

He was an avid country music fan, and after retirement found great joy in singing and playing his guitar and harmonica with family and friends, as well as entertaining at senior center venues in Ritzville. He also enjoyed helping others by performing maintenance and property repairs, most notably at the Emanuel Lutheran Church, Burroughs’ Home, and at his families’ farms.
