Caring Neighbors recently donated $1,000 to Adams County Fire District No. 7 to help pay for the purchase of a defibrillator. The $1,000 donation was presented at the eighth annual Washtucna Auto Show and the committee for the show made a matching donation to the volunteer fire department.
Caring Neighbors is a nonprofit entity established by Big Bend Electric Co-op. The Big Bend Electric Co-op members donate the funds for Caring Neighbors.
