Swanger awarded EWU scholarship

Sprague High School 2013 graduate Zachary Swanger has been awarded a Dean’s Scholarship for $2,000 for the 2013-14 academic year at Eastern Washington University.

Swanger graduated as Salutatorian from Sprague High School on June 1. He is the son of Steve and Lorrie Swanger of Sprague.

He served as the ASB vice president, FFA vice president and the senior class vice president. He was the tennis captain and hopes to play on a tennis team or in a tennis club at EWU. He plans to study secondary education with a focus on history....
