Ritzville Police Department Report

May 14, 7:33 p.m. – Dispatch advised of a noise complaint in the 100 block of West Main Avenue. Officer Tom Gracie responded and contacted the complainant who stated the residents living upstairs were playing music loudly. Officer Gracie attempted to contact the residents by knocking on the door. After several minutes of knocking, no one answered. Prior to leaving, Officer Gracie heard the music turn down.
