Faye Vinion Hummel Pinson died at the age of 81 on Thursday, June 6, after many years of suffering with severe dementia. She was a beloved wife, mother, grandmother and sister and loved by her extended family.
She was born to F. E. and Florence Parker Vinion on June 12, 1931, in Davenport, Wash.
She lost her mother at age four, to rheumatic fever. She then was cared for by her grandparents, Sam and Emma Vinion, and her mother’s sister, Mary and Ed Vold, until she was eight-years-old, when F. E. married Lucille.
