The Ritzville Roughnecks, sponsored by Connell Oil, won the Davenport Tournament last weekend. The Major League team played four games, winning three, in order to bring home the tournament trophy. The team defeated the Davenport Mariners 4-0 in the first game, lost the second game to the Reardan Bluejays 2-4, and won the third game against the Reardan Rangers, 14-13. The Ritzville Roughnecks faced the Reardan Bluejays again in the championship game on Saturday afternoon where they secured the champion title with a 12-7 win.
