Eastern Adams County's Only Independent Voice Since 1887
Children of all ages are invited to “Dig Into Reading” during the Ritzville Public Library’s summer reading program. Weekly activities are offered for ages 2-12 every Thursday at 10 a.m. starting June 13, and include story times, craft projects, contests, and more.
Activities for teens will be offered every Wednesday at 3 p.m. starting June 19. Readers who reach their summer reading goal before school starts this fall earn a free book and other prizes, and will be entered in a grand prize drawing for an HD tablet.
The 2013 Summer Reading Program is open to all children and advanced registration is strongly encouraged. All library programs are free of charge and open to the public.
