FFA teams qualify for nationals

The Lind-Ritzville FFA chapter celebrated a successful year during the Washington State FFA Convention in Pullman when a second team qualified to compete at nationals this fall.

The FFA chapter’s agronomy team qualified for nationals earlier this year and is now joined by three members of the marketing team.

The chapter had 64 students attend the annual state convention. In the competitions at state, the chapter had 14 teams place in the top 10 of their events.

The chapter advisors, Andy Williams and Brad Gering, split the responsilbities in coaching the contest teams.
