Kylie Fullmer, librarian at Ritzville Public Library, competed in her first full marathon in Wenatchee on April 20 and placed first in her age division for females. Fullmer, who celebrated her 28th birthday on race day, finished the 26.2-mile race in 3:48.26 and finished 33rd overall in the field of 168 Wenatchee Marathon runners.
Fullmer’s time earned her a seventh place finish out of the 94 females competing in the race, while she finished first in the female 25 to 29-age division.
Her pace for the marathon was recorded at an average of 8:44 a mile....
