Good Hope Lutheran slates family events

The Good Hope Lutheran Church is kicking off the spring season by hosting a series of family activities beginning with an evening of fun, fellowship and devotions on Sunday, April 28.

Beginning at 5 p.m., the evening is highlighted by a meal of barbecue ham sandwiches, salads and dessert.

The meal is free to those in attendance and all are encouraged to stay and enjoy an evening of games and activities, including Bible Trivia. Everyone in the community is invited and is requested to place a reservation by April 23 to ensure enough food will be available.

Family fun continues on June 30 as the church hosts a miniature golf night and meal.

Harvest service takes place on July 14 at the home of Tim and Michelle Smith followed by a potluck meal.

Good Hope is seeking to provide family oriented activities and worship to the community and are open to ideas to include in the events. Good Hope Lutheran Church is located at 120 West Third Street in Lind.

For more information about the events, or to confirm attendance on April 28, call 677-3256.
