Connell Oil brands Ritzville store: Bronco

A change in signage for the local Connell Oil store went into effect on Saturday with the branding of the Ritzville store. The store has undergone a change to better represent the Ritzville community by changing the name to Bronco Farm, Feed, Fuel and Lubricants.

The new logo design includes the local Bronco mascot with the Connell Oil logo branded on the horse.

The store’s name change creates an opportunity for the store to expand inventory as desired by local patrons.

The store unveiled the name change during the annual Chick Days event on Saturday, April 20. Customers visiting the business received a complementary Bronco hat and shirt to celebrate the localizing of the store name.

Bronco store manager Jim Whitman explained the hope for the store is to discover the needs of the residents and provide them with the necessary supplies.

The store is focusing on farm supply items, Whitman said, and the large storeroom in back provides potential for inventory to expand.
