President continues to ignore issues

For shame President Obama! The Veteran’s administration has been serving veterans for many decades. There have been problems as there is with any large department. They had a budget of $140 billion for 2012, even though you and the senate haven’t produced a (required by law) budget for almost four years. Oh well, by now many of us know how you feel about laws and rules.
