Committee meeting for creation of the Soul Café

The organizing committee is moving forward to make the Soul Café a reality and is hosting a meeting on Saturday, April 20. The meeting is focused around the creation of an official board and committee to head the project.

The purpose of the Soul Café is to provide a safe gathering place for all individuals of the local community in a Christ-centered atmosphere.

The committee’s present emphasis is the formation of an official board. The goal is to have a cross section of the community seated on that board.

Anyone interested in being involved in any capacity is invited to attend the next committee meeting on April 20.

The time and location of the meeting is to be announced at a later date and will be published in The Journal.
