Hospital neglect is fault of board

In the Feb. 28 edition of The Journal it states: “The district has long known the aging building and its antiquated infrastructure was an issue. In the past couple of years, those issues have become urgent tasks following a series of inspections by the state that have earmarked a number of issues.”

Our hospital building is 60 years old. The problem is not the age of the building. The problem is willful neglect.
