A request from the Ritzville School District to lease a portion of the city’s park for the construction of a large greenhouse was turned down Tuesday.
The school’s agriculture program had wanted to lease a 75- by 100-foot section of the park along Division Street behind the existing ag shop for the greenhouse project.
