Norton, Starring announce engagement

Heidi Norton and Kevin Starring, together with their families, are pleased to announce their engagement and forthcoming marriage.

The future bride works for Adams County District Court in Ritzville, and the future groom is employed with Union Elevator in Lind. The couple makes their home together in Lind.
