School’s lease of park ground to be discussed

Ritzville City Council’s Parks and Recreation Committee will meet on Wednesday, Feb. 27, at 4:30 p.m. to consider a request from the school district to lease 75 by 100 feet of the city park for the installation of a greenhouse for the school’s agriculture program.
