Dorothy B. Rogel

Dorothy B. (Oestreich) Rogel, died at the age of 103, on Thursday, Jan. 24.

She was born on Dec. 25, 1909, to Henry and Katherine Oestreich at the family home in Ritzville, she was the last of five children and was very proud of her German heritage.

She married Victor Rogel on Sept. 9, 1939, sharing 34 wonderful years of marriage.

She lived the majority of her life in Ritzville, moving to the Good Samaritan Village in Spokane in 2007 to be nearer to her family.

She loved music, playing the piano, playing rummy, researching family heritage, reading the Bible, and enjoying the company of family...
