Senior center to host bingo, stew feed

The Lind Senior Center will host white elephant bingo on Sunday, Feb. 17, at 3 p.m. at the center in downtown Lind. Following bingo is a stew feed, accompanied with salad and dessert, beginning at 5 p.m.

There is no cost for bingo with a limit of two cards per player. Bingo winners are able to choose from a selection of white elephant prize gifts.

The cost for the stew feed is $6 per adult, and $3.50 for children six and under. The center requests reservations be made for the meal by Saturday, Feb. 16. To place a reservation for the meal, call Sharon, 677-3286; Carla 677-3392; or Myra 677-3438.

The center offers meals to anyone in the community, serving begins at noon every Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. Menus are published weekly in the Ritzville Adams County Journal and reservations can be made by 9:30 a.m. on the day of the meal.
