Ritzville Police nab car prowlers

Ritzville Police have arrested two men, one a juvenile, for a string of car prowls.

On Dec. 27, suspects accessed at least three vehicles and removed items from at least one car.

Ritzville Police Chief David McCormick conducted a follow up investigation on Dec. 28. Subsequently, he interviewed a juvenile male subject who was in possession of stolen property. The 14-year-old male provided a written and verbal statement indicating his involvement in the prowling and thefts with an adult male, Anthony Jenkins, in the evening hours of Dec. 27.
