Arlene Wellsandt

Arlene Wellsandt died at the age of 87, on Saturday, Jan. 5, at home with family by her side.

She was born Sept. 12, 1925, in Ritzville.

She provided care to the Ritzville and Spokane area for over 50 years as a Registered Nurse. She loved her years as a nurse working for the Ritzville medical clinics, nursing home, hospital, Public Health District and then finally at St. Joseph Care Center in Spokane.

She and Kermit farmed many years south of Ritzville, moving into town in 1976, and then to Spokane in 1987. She was active in the communities and her Church.
