With Tyler Frederick dominating underneath at post and Colby Starring draining threes, the Broncos rolled to an 82-44 non-league win over St. John-Endicott last Friday.
The Broncos started fast, rolling to a 25-11 lead in the first quarter and never looked back. By the end of the first half, they held a 43-20 lead.
The Eagles had their best effort in the third quarter, but they were still outscored 21-15.
In the fourth, the Broncos slammed the door shut with an 18-9 effort.
Frederick led all scores with 20 points. Starring served up 14 points of his own, dominating the perimeter. Dylan Hartz scored 11 and Jarradd Morley came in off the bench to sink 10 points. Ryan Whitmore scored eight points in the outing. Connor O’Neill added seven points and Kyle Canaday contributed six. Cort Ruzicka finished with four and Jacob Saetre had two.
The team met with the Eagles again on Wednesday night for a nonleague game at SJE.
Friday they welcome the league’s number one team, St. George’s.
