Paul G. Simonson passed away on Tuesday, Oct. 30, in Pomeroy, Wash.
He was born Aug. 10, 1952, in Pocatello, Idaho, to George and Deloris (Borgens) Simonson.
He attended school in Aberdeen, Idaho, graduating in 1970. Immediately after graduation, the family relocated to Ritzville to farm the Borgens Family homestead. He went on to college at Columbia Basin College in Pasco, and obtained a degree in Applied Welding Science. He worked as a welder in the Seattle shipyards, in the Tri-Cities, and in the Hanford area.
