RACC general membership meeting

The Ritzville Area Chamber of Commerce (RACC) is having the monthly membership meeting at Casuela’s Grill on Thursday, Nov. 8, at 12 p.m. Guest speaker, Otto Stevens, is providing narration for 180 of his favorite color photos of various landscapes, buildings and scenery of the surrounding area.
