RSD seeks new board member

The Ritzville School Board is seeking an individual to fill the vacancy in the position of director of District No. 4. The position became available for nominations or applications following the resignation of Shannon Flynn. All applicants must be a registered voter, residing within the boundaries of District No. 4.

District No. 4 begins at the intersection of the school district boundary and I-90 on the east end of the district. The boundary follows I-90 to Paha-Packard Road, before moving north to Tokio Road.

The boundary then moves west on Tokio Road to the school district boundary, before continuing north and connecting with the beginning point.

The area encompassed by the defined boundaries, excluding districts one, two, and three, identifies the fourth district.

Any interested individual is asked to contact Superintendent Rob Roettger with any questions or for additional information. Roettger can be reached at 659-1660 or [email protected], and applications or nominations can be sent to 209 East Wellsandt Avenue in Ritzville.
