Sidewalks are for walkers

After many years of business owners and concerned citizens requesting something be done about the bicyclists, skateboarders and rollerbladers on the downtown business district sidewalks, the City Council passed an ordinance prohibiting these modes of transportation on the sidewalks between Adams Street on the west, Columbia Street on the east, Broadway Avenue on the north and Railroad Avenue on the south.
