Rodeo group plans Halloween benefit

The Ritzville Rodeo Association is hosting a 21-and-over Halloween party on Saturday, Oct. 27, at the Marcellus Grange Hall. Creativity is encouraged, and prizes are awarded to the best costumes for the evening.

Doors open at 6:30 p.m. with a social hour, followed by a pumpkin-carving contest at 7 p.m. Immediately after the pumpkin-carving contest, the music and dancing portion of the evening begins.

The cost of the event is $15 per person, or $20 for a couple.

The Marcellus Grange Hall is located on the Wheat Land Communities’ Fairgrounds at 811 East Main Avenue in Ritzville.
