The East Adams Rural Hospital is hosting two telehealth community education classes in the hospital lobby.
The first class is “Fighting Childhood Obesity” and takes place on Tuesday, Sept. 25, from 6:30-8 p.m. The class covers the long-term and immediate effects obesity has on children, as well as the physical and mental complications. The presentation is also going to discuss steps to reduce the risk of childhood obesity.
The second class takes place on Tuesday, Oct. 9, from 6:30-8 p.m. and is titled “Detection and Treatment of Early Lung Cancer.” Dr. Gregory Loewen, DO, leads the class that...
