Flyckt has the right experience

We are supporting and voting for Randy Flyckt for Adams County Superior Court Judge. We encourage those that live in Adams County to join us. Randy Flyckt will bring with him to the bench a breadth of current experience from his private and public service as an attorney. His strong background of legal expertise includes overseeing and directing other attorney’s work, prosecuting cases from felonies to misdemeanors;  advising and representing Adams County on civil matters and managing juvenile court caseloads. Of the two candidates Randy Flyckt has the most current, relevant experience at the Superior Court level.

     In order to fully represent the electorate, we feel strongly that a person elected to the position of Adams County Superior Court Judge should live within Adams County. Randy Flyckt’s opponent moved away from Adams County in 1998. We are also concerned with the action he took two years ago when he changed his voter registration to Adams County while still residing in Kennewick, and where he continues to reside today.

 We believe the residents of Adams County have an opportunity to  elect a candidate who has the knowledge, experience and desire to work to make the changes necessary to create a fair, balanced and efficient system for all the residents of Adams County.  That candidate is Randy Flyckt.

 In his role as Adams County Prosecutor Randy Flyckt has worked diligently to overhaul and bring into compliance the Adams County Juvenile Court System. The  county Juvenile Court System is  administered by the Superior Court Judge.  As Judge, Randy Flyckt will provide the necessary oversight and improvements to the Juvenile Court  benefiting  all communities  in Adams County.

   Randy Flyckt has spent countless hours  serving on  volunteer community boards in Othello; working with us to address the  hard issues  of juvenile crime, substance abuse, and homelessness. The Othello community has greatly benefited from his expertise, knowledge and compassion.

 We firmly believe that as our next Superior Court Judge, Randy Flyckt, will continue his commitment to our communities and provide the balance, integrity and expertise we need on the Adams County Superior Court bench.
