In-kind labor for Project 56 a great investment

Congratulations to all of you who have supported Project 56. The following facts should make you feel proud of our community.

Since its inception, Project 56 officers, financial supporters and volunteers have contributed much more than the impressive dollar amounts listed in the Notice of Donors that will appear in next week's Journal issue. We recently tallied up all of the inkind services and volunteer hours accumulated for the years of 2006 through 2011. It comes to an incredible 13,645 hours for an equivalent value of $311,969.

These numbers demonstrate that this community is strongly in support of Project 56 and its Mission. A big thanks to all of you who have supported this effort to strengthen the school’s athletic program and subsequently provide the community with much needed additional revenues.
