I spent over 20 years in the courtroom as the Adams County Superior Court Clerk and had extensive opportunity to observe attorneys present their cases. Civil experience as a trial Judge is critical as the majority of litigation that takes place in Adams County is civil in nature. I have observed Brian Miller in court on numerous occasions and believe that his courtroom experience and ability for exceeds that of his opponent who I never saw try a civil case.
