Plot tour sponsored by Adams County Wheat Growers

The Adams County Wheat Growers meeting is being held in association with the Ritzville Varietal Plot Tour on June 7, beginning at 1 p.m. The meeting is taking place at Ron Jirava’s farm.

The agenda includes presentations on winter wheat varieties by Arron Carter and Stephen Guy, winter wheat variety quality control by Doug Engle and two-gene Imy Resistant Wheat by Kulvinder Gill.

Following the tour, a barbeque is hosted at Jirava’s courtesy of the Adams County Wheat Growers Association.
