Goodwill trailer available for donations

Goodwill Industries is bringing a 26-foot enclosed trailer to receive donations at the Gilson Gymnasium parking lot Wednesday, June 13, through Sunday, June 17.

For every pound received, 20 cents is going to be donated to the Lind/Ritzville School District with a minimum donation of $600 given. The district plans to forward the funds to Project 56 for the completion of an all-weather track.

All items, including computers, televisions, clothing, and furniture, are accepted. The trailer is open the entire day on Saturday, June 16, especially welcoming unsold items from those who take part in the Ritzville community yard sale.

On Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Sunday, the trailer can be opened by calling Kim Schofstoll at 659-1153 or 650-7175. Signage is posted on the trailer for dates, hours and contact information to have the trailer opened.
