Combine Derby turns 25 - Lind to host parade, derby coaster car races

The population of Lind is expected to grow tremendously this weekend as visitors from all over the nation come to participate and enjoy the 25th anniversary of the Lind Combine Demolition Derby.

The Car Demolition Derby kicks off the weekend Friday night, with time trials at 6 p.m. The main event begins at 6:30 p.m.

Entry fees are $30 for car and driver, $10 for the Australian Pursuit and $10 for Powder Puff.
