Congratulations to Tom Balfe on your retirement! After 27 years of a job well done, you have earned it. With your great care, we had a park and a cemetery we are proud of. The pride you took in your job was evident and appreciated by many.

Many thanks too for the time spent in the Marines, in service to our country.
