Gateway Milling, LLC recently received a grant from the USDA to further explore the potential of marketing club wheat flout domestically and internationally.
“We have worked diligently on this project for over a year,” said Gateway Milling team member and Almira farmer, Todd Bodeau. “We have taken baby steps all along the way to ensure that this can and will be a viable undertaking for all involved.”
