Lind Alumni Banquet scheduled

The members of the Lind Alumni Association met recently to plan the annual Alumni Banquet and meeting. The Banquet is in the Lind High School gymnasium on May 12, at 6:30 p.m. Cathy Jo’s Catering has been chosen to cater the banquet again this year. The price of the dinner remains at $18.50 per person.

Guaranteed reservations need to be in by April 25, and limited reservations can be made at the door, but not guaranteed. The gym opens at 5 p.m. for meeting and visiting with class photos to be taken at 5:30 p.m.

In addition to the banquet meal, introductions of the honored classes and the awarding of scholarships to members of the Senior Class of 2012 are planned. Honored classes this year are 1952, 1962, 1972, 1982, 1987, 1992, 2002 and 2012. All Alumni are invited to attend the banquet with a spouse or a guest.

Alumni dues remain at $6.00 for each Alumnus. Dues must be paid before attending the dinner. Please make checks payable to the Lind Alumni Association and mail to PO Box 444, Lind WA 99341.
