Special meetings called for hospital commissioners

A pair of special meetings is scheduled for Adams County Public Hospital District No. 2 commissioners. Three commissioners have called the first meeting: Jerry Snyder, Jeff Reynolds and Stacey Plummer, for Thursday, Jan. 5, at 7 p.m. The second meeting was scheduled by the chairman of the board, Kirk Danekas, for Tuesday, Jan. 10, at 5:30 p.m.

The Jan. 5 meeting notice states the special meeting is being called by the three commissioners, as allowed by the district’s bylaws.

The proposed agenda for the meeting calls for: removal of the existing chairman and vice chairman as provided by the bylaws; election of a new board chairman and vice chairman; and recognition of Randy Stamper from the firm Stamper Rubens, P.S., as the official attorney for the district.

The second meeting on Jan. 10 is for a presentation by Weston Davis of Inland Imaging regarding the district’s business office operation.
