ACS scholarship available for cancer survivors

The American Cancer Society is offering scholarships to individuals 25 years old and under that were diagnosed with cancer at the age of 21 or younger. The scholarships can go toward any secondary education that the recipient chooses and are designed to help with the financial and emotional hardships that come with fighting cancer.

The scholarship applications are due on Feb. 24 and can be found at http://www.cancer.org/MyACS/GreatWest/AreaHighlights/gwdscholarships or by calling 1-800-
