Holiday sale of western art to end Wednesday

Time is running out for gift buyers and art connoisseurs to purchase artwork by regionally and nationally acclaimed artists through a holiday sale at the Ritzville Art Gallery. Artwork by artists such as Ron Adamson, Jim Bauer, Gabe Gabel, Nona Hengen, Jack Fordyce and Anita Klein ranging from original oil paintings to metal work and wood carvings donated to the Historic Ritzville Days Western Art Show will be available through a bid process through Wednesday, Dec. 21.

Each piece of work has a bid sheet with a minimum bid – potential purchasers just need to write their name, bid and contact information on the sheet.

All proceeds provide critical support for the Historic Ritzville Days Western Art Show as well as Ritzville’s Historic Downtown Business District. The event is sponsored by the Ritzville Downtown Development Association, a 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to revitalizing the downtown.
