Lady Tigercats fall to Garfield-Palouse

The LaCrosse-Washtucna lady Tigercats played their first non-league basketball game against Garfield-Palouse on Saturday, Dec. 3. The Tigercats lost their game 22-33 and look forward to playing Gar-Pal in league play on Friday, Dec. 9.

The lady Tigercats led the game with a first quarter score of 4-3 and a halftime score of 10-9. Hayley Dorman, Kadie Whinery, Jenna Goude, Anne Fleming and Logan Harder started the game for the lady Tigercats.

“The girls played good defense the entire game,” said Coach Tim Stamper. “But we came out cold in the third quarter.”
