Oct. 9, 4:48 p.m. — Sergeant Mark Cameron responded to the Ritzville City Park to investigate a suspicious 9-1-1 call. He contacted a male juvenile who recently got a new cellular phone. The juvenile had accidentally dialed the emergency number while playing. The phone was in his pocket at the time. Cameron discussed better ways to carry the phone to avoid a repeat of the situation.
