Casuela’s here to stay

The management of Casuela’s Mexican Grill want to make sure their customers know that the business is open and ready to serve the community. Last week a couple of incidents, according to restaurant employees, led to some discussions in the community regarding the future of the establishment. On Monday, Oct. 3, the restaurant was closed while new carpeting was installed.

On Thursday, the restaurant was closed until 5 p.m. due to a power outage. An Avista power pole in the alley behind the restaurant caught fire, knocking out power to the restaurant.

The management and staff reopened the restaurant Thursday as soon as power was restored and the kitchen was back in operation, ready to serve food.
