Businesses can sign up now for Toddler Trick-or-Treat

The Ritzville Area Chamber of Commerce will once again coordinate the Toddler Trick-or-Treat event. The Halloween activity will be conducted on Monday, Oct. 31. The activity serves as a safe, daylight opportunity for families to take young children out for Halloween. They visit participating businesses where the costumed children can fill their bags with treats!
