Wesley Howard Bastin entered a guilty plea to one count of misdemeanor bail jumping in a case originally filed on March 23, 2011. Bastin was sentenced to 90 days in jail with 30 days suspended to be served concurrently with another Adams County case. Bastin received one year of unsupervised supervision. Bastin is responsible for paying $200 filing fee, $250 victim assessment, $60 sheriff’s fees, $350 attorneys fees and $250 fine.

Roberto Garcia-Laureano pled guilty to one count of residential burglary (Count 1), one count of third-degree malicious mischief (Count 2) and one count of second-degree arson (Count 3). The case was originally filed on April 25, 2011. Judge Miller sentenced Garcia-Laureano to six months on each count to run concurrently with credit for time served and 12 months of community custody. A domestic violence no-contact order was entered. Garcia-Laureano was ordered to pay $500 victim assessment, $100 domestic violence assessment, $200 clerk’s filing fee, $30 sheriff’s fee, $350 attorney fees, $500 fine and $100 DNA collection fee.

Gilbert Lee Williamson, Jr. entered a guilty plea on one count of misdemeanor bail jumping in a case originally filed on April 1, 2011. Williamson was sentenced to 90 days confinement in the Adams County Jail with 60 days suspended, to run concurrent with another Adams County case. Williamson received one year of unsupervised probation. Williamson is responsible for paying $200 filing fee, $250 victim assessment, $123 sheriff’s fee, $350 attorney fee and $250 fine.

Pavel Zapara Boyer pled guilty to one count of third-degree theft in a case originally filed on Oct. 25, 2010. Boyer was sentenced to 365 days in Adams County Jail with 325 days suspended and two years of unsupervised probation. Boyer was ordered to pay $200 criminal filing fee, $500 crime victim assessment, $30 sheriff’s fees, $350 court-appointed attorney, $250 fine and $261.68 restitution.

Wesley Howard Bastin entered a guilty plea on one count of second-degree taking a vehicle without permission (Count 1) and one count of providing a false statement to a public servant (Count 2). The case was originally filed on Oct. 4, 2010. Judge Miller sentenced Bastin to four months on Count 1 and four months on Count 2, to run concurrent and total sentence to run concurrent with another Adams County Case. Bastin is responsible for paying $500 victim assessment, $200 clerk’s fee, $60 sheriff’s fee, $350 attorney fee, $500 fine and $100 DNA collection fee.

Maira Alejandra Resendiz pled guilty to one count of third-degree malicious mischief (Count 1) and one count of possession of weapons capable of producing harm (Count 2) in a case filed on May 31, 2011. Resendiz was sentenced to 365 days of total confinement in the custody of the Adams County Jail with 335 days suspended for Count 1. Resendiz shall serve 365 days with 335 days suspended for Count 2, with credit for time previously served. Resendiz has the option to convert 30 days of the 30 days confinement to EHD, to commence within 60 days. Resendiz was ordered to pay $200 clerk’s filing fee, $500 victim assessment, $30 sheriff’s fee, $350 attorney fees, $250 fine and $2,436.17 restitution. Two years of unsupervised supervision was ordered.

Gilbert Lee Williamson, Jr. entered a guilty plea on one count of possession of a controlled substance without a prescription (Count 1) and one count of possession of marijuana under 40 grams (Count 2). The case was originally filed on Feb. 24, 2011. Williamson was sentenced to six months and one day on Count 1, and 90 days on Count 2 with 60 days suspended in the Adams County Jail. Time on both counts will run concurrently, and total sentence to run concurrently with another Adams County case. Williamson is responsible for paying $500 victim assessment, $200 clerk’s fee, $60 sheriff’s fee, $350 attorney fee, $2,000 fine, $250 drug fund and $125 crime lab fee.

Jeremy Eugene Foster pled guilty to one count of third-degree assault with substantial pain (Count 1) and one count of third-degree malicious mischief (Count 2) in a case originally filed on Jan. 3, 2011. Foster was sentenced to three months on Count 1 and 365 days with 365 suspended upon condition of full compliance with all terms of the judgment and sentence. Williamson is to receive credit for time previously served. In addition, Williamson received credit for 30 days for inpatient treatment. Williamson was ordered to pay $500 victim assessment, $125 domestic violence assessment, $200 clerk’s filing fee, $30 sheriff’s fee, $350 attorney fees, $500 fine, $100 DNA collection fee and $563.87 restitution. A domestic violence no-contact order was entered for a period of two years.

Hugo Frank Mabry entered a guilty plea to one count of possession of a controlled substance without a prescription in a case filed on June 9, 2011. Judge Miller sentenced Mabry to 12 months plus one day with DOC and 12 months of community supervision. Fines are: $500 crime victim assessment, $200 criminal filing fee, $30 sheriff’s fees, $350 court-appointed attorney, $2,000 fine, $250 Adams County Drug Fund and $125 crime lab fee.
