Emma Schmidt

Emma Schmidt, age 95, died at her retirement home in Moses Lake on June 12, 2011.

She was born in Marsh, Mont., on March 16, 1916, and was happily married to Edward Schmidt for 69 years. They were residents of Lind from 1947 until 2007.

She is preceded in death by her son Elroy Schmidt.

She is survived by her husband, Edward; her son, Errol Schmidt and his wife; three grandchildren and their spouses, and five great-grandchildren.

A memorial service will be held at the Lind Community Church in September....
